Victoria’s most delicious fundraiser returns to Market Square.

On Saturday, August 1, The Drake Eatery is taking over Market Square for an unforgettable afternoon of incredible food, craft beer, and local talent—all in support of a great cause.

From 12–4 pm, the courtyard comes alive with a dozen tasting stations, each pairing one of the region’s standout chefs with an independent craft brewery. Together, they’ll create exclusive, one-day-only food and beer pairings you won’t find anywhere else. Add live music, good people, and the perfect summer atmosphere, and you’ve got yourself one of Victoria’s favourite summer events.

This is more than a festival—it’s a celebration of everything we love about our local food and beer community: creativity, collaboration, and giving back.

Proceeds from Thirsty Chef support the Victoria Cool Aid Society, helping provide housing, health care, and support services for people in our community.

🎟️ $65 ticket includes all food tastings, a commemorative beer glass, and a donation to Cool Aid.

Beer will be available for purchase throughout the event.
